Venue Rental Details
- Rental Duration: 2 hours
- Rental Fee: $500
- Deposit: $100 (due at the time of booking)
- Space Capacity: 45 guests seated, 75 guests for floating showers
What's Included in Your Rental Package
- 🎉 On-site seating and set-up/clean-up
- ☕ Non-alcoholic beverages (your choice, list provided when booking)
- 👩🍳 Two dedicated BVM staff members to assist throughout
- 🧀 Optional extra: Pick up/delivery and set-up of additional Graze Charcuterie and wine selections (three weeks needed for special orders)
Payment and Changes Policy:
- Balance due by the invoiced due date; if not received, the contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.
- Final payment date is also the last day for any changes to size, style, or flavors of desserts.
- Changes requested after the final payment date may be subject to additional charges.
Available Times for BVM Rental:
- 📅 Saturday: 3 - 5 PM
- 📅 Sunday: 10 - 12 PM
- 📅 Sunday: 2 - 4 PM
