Ponchatoula-tini (with Strawberries & Cream Macarons)
Finally! Our first drink and macaron pairing, am I right? And this local spin on the martini is as fresh as a before-it's-too-hot breezy Louisiana spring day (y'all know what I'm talking about). With only a few simple ingredients, a new, local vodka, and your set of strawberries & cream macarons, you'll be more than set for a midday brunch, ladies lunch, or sweet celebration.

3 oz Yellowfin Vodka *
1 oz Mint Simple Syrup
2 fresh mint leaves
- Muddle strawberries
- Add vodka, simple syrup, and shake
- Double strain
- Garnish with mint leaves
- Pair with strawberries and cream macaron or mint chocolate macaron
