The Downton Wedding (Downton Abbey Week)


2 oz. vanilla vodka

.5 oz. Wedding tea-infused simple syrup (Harney & Sons)

.5 oz. amaretto liqueur

1 egg white

Begin by heating the one part sugar with one part water in a small saucepan until it reaches a rolling boil. Rinse two tea sachets under cold water then add to simple syrup and allow the tea to steep for 5-6 minutes. Add vodka, amaretto, measured simple syrup, and egg white to shaker full of ice. Shake. Strain into coupe glass and enjoy!
