The Blackberry Bourrée (Anniversary Week)


1.5 oz. Buffalo Trace

.5 oz. simple syrup

.5 oz. Chambord

.5 oz. lime juice

3 blackberries


(optional) blackberry bitters

Muddle blackberries and add all ingredients to shaker with ice (along with two dashes of blackberry butters if you have them). Shake and strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. Top off with Prosecco to taste. Cheers!
